POSH Training

 AIC -SELCO Foundation  successfully wrapped up the two day first-ever in-house orientation program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act (POSH). LEGAL AWARENESS IN SCHOOLS

A two day #Legal Awareness #workshop  was organised by #Jharna#Foundation under its #JAGRUT #division at West Khasi Hills District at Mairang and Mawthadraishan  block  for youths and school children. Along with awareness, counselling and also the pros and cons of so ial media was discussed and also about cyber bullying and the repercussions with regard to such bullying were also explained. Various case studies were given to children so as to make them aware and prepare them in situations which could threaten their dignity, life a hands on experience and help. 

The topic of cyber bullying was one such topic which made the children ask about any doubts and queries they had and our legal and psychological experts addressed tbeir queries and the questionnaires filled by students were really helpful as they were happy to share their experiences and felt they could also ask help for any such issues.
